This Is Why I Hate Yasuo

So i'm playing Ryze and i'm doing well, I get an early kill, capitalize on his mistakes and get another solo kill, about 2 minutes later I ult to the fight top and get myself a triple kill, at this point i'm 5/0 and Yasuo is 0/4. His cs is about as even as mine since I roamed a lot and spent a lot of my lane time focusing on dodging his tornado, i decide to play safe and not let yasuo get much but with the help of jg he gets my turret

Late game hits and I've popped off, i'm now 9/0 and Yasuo is 1/8, what did I do wrong? I shut him down early, I denied him kills, I completely made his early game presence unexistant, yet not even the 8 kill Tryndamere can 1v1 the 1/8 Yasuo with less cs, he wasn't very good so he wasn't a huge problem but I can't think of ANY other champion who I make go 1/8 and still shits all over my fed top laner, and later in the game, he gets a triple kill with over half of his hp left on the 23 kill Master Yi, 9 kill Trynd, and the Janna

So that brings me to my next point, Riot is looking to change his wall so that its a charge system and nerfing his E to make it easier to shut him down early game essentially as well as making his wall less annoying in teamfights

Riot I hope you open your eyes and see that shutting him down early and mid does jack shit, 1/8, down in cs, still able to 1v1 the 8 kill Tryndamere, shutting him down gives little to no reward and it's extremely unhealthy, frankly, i'd rather deal with his wall, stupid double passive, and ult resetting his shield than his stupid scaling into the late game

I always find it interesting when people try to use K/D as a method of identifying a champion's capacity to kill or be killed by the enemy.

The later in the game you get, the less your K/D ratio matters. Once everyone is level 18 and has full build it means absolutely nothing.

And this also says nothing for the circumstances that happened leading up to, just before, or during the fight.

It doesn't matter how fed you are when you are low health, no sustain, and you get caught out of position by two full health enemies. Chances are, you're going to die.

Who says it was 2 enemies? Yasuo went to defend bot inhibitor when Trynd fought him, the rest of his team was fighting us mid, and when did I say ANYTHING about levels? If want levels Trynd was 14 and Yasuo was 12-13

That's a good question.

Who said that?

I didn't.

I was simply saying that people conveniently leave information like that out of their description of a scenario.

And you are correct, you didn't say ANYTHING about levels, which was part of the problem.

Levels do make a pretty considerable difference.

Anecdotes are not evidence Saying "Well in this one game a guy did this thing so he should be nerfed" is not an argument. I can just as easily say that Urgot carried my last game and got 3 pentakills. Does that mean he should be nerfed? Hell no. If Yasuo is suddenly performing way above average then i'll admit that i am currently wrong, but first i want real evidence.

Has he not been consistently doing this? Has he not always had a disgusting late game, this is about my 5th or 6th game where a i crap on Yasuo and he shits on my team later in the game, on champion.gg he has averages way more kills and way less deaths than the average mid laner, he'll i've played yasuo myself a few times, how'd i do? well i was against a level 6 yasuo who had a vi who would Q me then yas would ult and i'd die even under turret, i was 1/6 and them easily 1v3 the fed kat, fed ez, and support nautilus with well over 1/3 of my hp left, this has happened to me 4 times where i get shit on but late game hits and i destroy

as for why we couldn't end, Yi and I were kinda carrying as bot lane was doing bad and Trynd kept split pushing and died to a lot of dives early game (and no he didn't fight yasuo under turret, he was well out of its range)

tl;dr I've played with and against his bullshit and he's completely unhealthy

I said anecdotes are not evidence lists more anecdotes slow clap Yeah well I've played with and against him and the only unhealthy thing about him is how he seems to attract slightly more toxic people than usual and has the ability to break some onhit items.

Geez you're hard to get stuff through to, guess Yasuo was right about one thing, no cure for fools

He didn't say it was evidence as such - but did make it clear that it was an example of why he does not like Yasuo. Heck, I have a hard time with Yasuo because of the type of player that champion often tends to attract. Does that make me wrong? No. But that doesn't mean I engage in ad hominem and strawman attacks either. ;)

Incidentally, if he is a common ban in the game (even at the plat level and up), then doesn't it hint that perhaps there might be something wrong with the champion's play?

even so, Yasuo has too much mobility and tower immunity when he ults under it.

yeah, his mobility is insane, he gets a free pas for his mistakes, and diving has been made safe for him in multiple ways

Gosh that's so stupid, at this point it's Riots favoritism, they know he's doing better than he should, they said leaning phase is his weakness but not even then is he bad, and when he finally nerf him they reduce his armor when his primary opponents are mages, gj rito

Yasuo loses to Trynd and Yi unless he's way ahead of them; your Trynd and Yi must have been completely awful.

Soooo a scaling champion made it to late game where kda does not matter and started killing people? Do you hate Vayne FioraTwitch because they do the exact same thing. If you have such a massive lead you should have ended the game before Yasuo had a chance to scale. Ryze is also ridiculous during late game as well.

we couldn't do so due to a 3/15 bot lane and a trynd who tried splitting all game, yi and i were defending half the time trying to win us the game

And beyond all of these things, .. why do people still think that they need to describe things that happened during their games when Riot conveniently gave us this handy-dandy replay system. Turn off summoner names, record a clip, upload it to your favorite media share service, copy/pasta, gg.

And how much work and time does that take? ;)

Apparently a lot more than people are willing to invest, but not really as much as you might think.

However, the amount of deniability would drop significantly, ... that is, if they are not actually exaggerating to begin with.
