Can the next champion be a DOT champ?
When was the last time we had a DOT mage/champ (Like malz or cass)?

teemo malz cass brand, but people dont build him right in my opinion, the dot build is always rylais and liandrys end of story, his moves do more damage that way then going straight ap. also ive considered going ad as malz on occasion simply due to the fact that his lvl 1 ad is higher then pretty much all the adcs .. j

Cass and Malz aren't DoT champions so much as champions that happen to have a DoT skill somewhere in their kit. Same thing can be said about pretty much everyone else with DoTs (Morde, Swain, Brand, Twitch, Urgot, etc.)
Teemo is the only champion that really embraces DoT effects for the core of his kit and playstyle, effectivly being a DoT champion. Which begs the question - do we really want more champions like him?
