Dealing with Lane Warwick?

I'm pretty sure most people are playing WW jungle, but what are you supposed to do against him in lane?

From what I can tell, his basic pattern consists of "hide in bush->Q for ~100-300 damage->repeat" Dueling him seems like a matter of hoping you can either negate his healing or heal more; when he gets his ult he can bring himself almost all the way back to full health with just R+Q. This is mostly an issue for tanks with low damage/high mana costs like , and it's not nearly as bad when WW is jungling. Recently, I got put against a jungle WW as Nasus. He had . I had ~450 stacks at ~30min, couldn't put a dent in his health bar. Another game, as Garen against a top WW, laning was as described above, but he died really quickly when he wasn't on someone. The big problem in both scenarios was him jumping on our mid/ADC and

A) becoming way harder to kill B) removing our only real burst/dps from the fight.

(It should be noted that this is only two games, and in the first I was the only one with tank stats, and in the second one our Kha'zix built one AD item and three , among other things.) That said, is the solution just playing or praying for ganks and taking ignite?
