With a champion with so much resistance, mobility, damage, etc; why in the fuck is he given an easier time with his auto attacks pushing back minions? He is SO healthy after his first clear that it's... Just disgusting.
Because he has no built in sustain and needs to reload. Other jungle champs have heals or shields in their kit while clearing
What's the logic for even removing it other that your nonsensical QQ?
Stays almost full HP with nothing but a Machete for 20 minutes.
That would be a good start to dealing with his jungle balance issues.
