When ranked season starts please remove the starter runes

Honestly the starter runes generally suck and it's taking up lots of space

p.s. Sometimes it defaults me to resolve tree when I'm already level 8+? Even when I'm not playing a tank champ it still defaults to resolve

Starter runes are for new accounts, what would anyone who is playing for the first time use?
