Who would win Bard or Braum

If it was a over time fight like in lane I would think bard wins but if you are playing a quick game I definitely think that Braum would win. Both have stuns but one is harder to land than the other.

Full build? Braum wins. Attack speed braum is QUITE a bit more powerful than AP bard.
