They all have their strong points in 1v1'ing someone. eg: Ashe is a kiting goddess who can slow you while doing a steady amount of damage, Caitlyn can kite while doing a CRAP ton of damage if you dont have cat like reflexes, although after cait uses her traps and net and stuff its a free kill if you catch up, but with every ADC they might outdamage you so take care, MF has a slow that she can easily kite you from, Varus is p much the same as MF, Twitch can throw out poisons so when you DO get to him youre p much dead, speed up, etc. Vayne has always been able to fight people late game in many ways, she can dash, do true damage, stun you, and when youre almost dead and running, its already too late. Although there are a few ADCs that arent too good at kiting. Jhin CAN kite but its kinda tricky as you have to reload, Sivir is very poke oriented so you COULD use her to kite but idk, lucian is bursty so kiting might not be too good on him, not sure about ezreal since he seems to be an ability ADC.

Note: Kiting is where its at for an ADC to 1v1 someone. unless they outdamage you by a TON.
