I would think that Ashe would win because she can stun Lucian with her ult and also have a slow with the w. Also if she gets her q and rapid fire on him he doesn't really have a chance. With builds I would think Lucian could win with his culling and also having a bit more health with the black cleaver. So who do you think would win in the legendary 1v1 of ADC?

I think Ashe would win if she gets her arrow off and Lucian doesn't have QSS. I remember 1v1ing a diamond Lucian who trashed me in lane 30 minutes into the game because I landed my ult on him.
Even if ashe manages to land her stun, any smart lucian in a 1 v 1 against her would've bought mercurial.
So it really depends if they are able to get their stuff.
Anyway i would say lucian because the arrow is easy to dodge or qss and all.

Who would win in a 1v1: Ashe or Lucian
Lucian.
Ashe is a little to heavy in the sustained DPS to reliably kill even the squishiest of foes if she manages to land her ult on them, and Lucian is bursty enough he can easily make up for the stun-time and quickly even out the health pools. Point-blank ult also doesn't last that long, and a long-ranged ult is difficult for Ashe to really capitalize on in a 1v1 situation due to teleport times or her general lack of mobility. Lucian's Dash is also quite capable of reliably dodging Ashe's ult.
If you talk about items, there's also nothing Ashe can really buy that would give her an advantage, where Lucian could rush Mercurial Scimitar and be pretty much unbeatable. With rushing cheesy items specifically for a 1v1 me brah matchup, Lucian can also punish Ashe much harder with items like Thornmail and Randuin's Omen than Ashe could punish Lucian.
It's a bit difficult to say who would win. In a 1v1, Ashe needs to save her ult to cancel Lucian's ult, but with that in mind, Lucian could just save his ult for after Ashe ults.
