Varus should win in either scenario. He gets his ult/Q off before Jhin gets to start fighting. If Jhin dodges the ult, then it's closer but still in favor of Varus.
jhin would 100-0 to varus in 4 aas and it would still be overkill.
pretty sure jhin can just hit R and if varus dont have flash he can 4 shot him from safety if even 1 shot connects. jhins ult at full build can seriously 2-3 shot a squishy the 4th shit can prob nearly 1 shot.
