Remove that god awful channel on Gragas' W

Want to talk about Usability issues Gragas' W is the prime example of it.

First there is never ever a good time to use the W unless you are sitting in the bush preparing for an attack. Not only does it force you to lose the ability to attack and use abilities but you only get 18 percent damage reduction. During that 2.5 seconds an enemy can flash or throw out their CC or burst you down and im sorry but 18 percent damage reduction is not worth it. It is a trap skill it gives you big damage but at the cost of a massive telegraph and 2.5 seconds of not being able to do anything but move around its a pointless skill unless in lane and trying to get a small amount of health back from passive. It even has a mana cost of 30 mana for no real reason other than it feels tacked on.

Also seriously why doesn't it proc on his E that is a perfect synergy right there.
