It wasn't even meta at the time, but every time I tried Rammus top I faced a top lane Zed. Literally no one played top lane Zed, yet every time I played top Rammus I was against him, and his early game crushed me.
If it's working for you congratulations, I wish you the best of luck. I'm simply too scared to try it again.
