So with the recent change to QSS I'm wondering if there are any plans or consideration to make a defensive item for ADC's to deal with Assassins when the class gets it's eventual update? And if not why? Just seems weird to me that one type of carry would get a item to deal with assassins and another wouldn't. Anyone else feel free to post your thoughts on this below.

QSS was more anti-Zed then anti-Assassin.
Really though, whereas Mages realistically have areas where they'd have to compete directly and evenly with Assassins, and thus deserve the item matchup if Assassins have item choices to counter them, ADCs are, by the mechanics of the game, countered by what Assassins should be able to do to them. If that interaction is blocked by a crutch such as an item specifically tailored to ADCs for countering Assassins from taking advantage of their weaknesses, I'd see that more as a problem than anything else.

No can do, this'd be too OP and Riot would have to make it expensive as fuck to work.

As a Zed-hater, I'm optimistic about the QSS change because it'll force Riot to balance Zed around the game state where people aren't forced into an item purchase by his mere existence.
Honestly, I think these hard counter items are pretty bad for the game's balance in how binary they make matchups (which is still true of how QSS works against suppressions).
