in terms of overall damage for those 5, Viktor, Karthus, Vladimir, Brand, Swain (Brand and Swain are a good deal farther behind the top three).

AD hypercarries:Ashe (insane late game damage scaling while being relatively safe) Fiora (very high damage and amazing scaling) Jinx (very safe, very high damage, has soft reset) KogMaw (high late game mixed damage, % resist shred, % HP shred, huge range, built in steroids) MasterYi (scales incredibly hard, high DPS, burst, and has multiple resets) Nasus (really high damage but tanky as heck, one man wrecking crew late game) Poppy (the literal definition of a hypercarry, mixed damage, % damage, crazy DPS, immense burst, invulnerability, CC, strong escape, etc.) Tryndamere (literally becomes unkillable for a short time, huge DPS, soft reset, very safe, very difficult to outplay) Vayne (extremely high damage, hard to duel, tank buster, very safe if played right) Yasuo (insane late game burst and DPS, scales exceptionally well with offensive items, great mixture of mobility, safety, and engage tools).

AP hypercarries: Anivia (disgusting late game burst damage, huge scalings, excellent utility and safety) Azir (some of the highest magic DPs in the game, extremely long ranged, excellent scaling, mobile, and can burst, while also being a good zone control and objective killer mage) Cassiopeia (absurd late game DPS once passive stacks, great kiting, moderate CC, decent burst) Chogath (can insta-kill anyone including tanks late game with a full combo, moderate-high CC, fair DPS, disgusting burst, and tanky to boot) Karthus (huge late game DPS, major AoE, can keep fighting after death as an untargetable damage powerhouse, global ult for easy kills) Katarina (resets, burst, resets, burst, oh, and resets too) Poppy (same as AD, just even more burst, with slightly less DPS) Ryze (machine gun mage, excellent late game damage while still tanky and a large amount of CC too) Veigar (often cited as the definition of a late game champ, some of the highest burst in the game, can often 100-0 two targets simultaneously) Viktor (huge AP ratios, impressive burst, poke, range, and kiting, some of the highest AP builds attainable because of hex core) Vladimir (very high burst and DPS, excellent durability and sustain, very slippery as well)

Great chart but who do you recommend vlad or viktor for late game carry that can do more damage and have survivability

Personally I'd say Vladimir. He has very low cooldowns late game, tons of sustain, pretty tanky while doing damage, insane AoE (his ult is great in teamfights), and puns.

Viktor does much more damage and has better burst, but Vlad is substantially more durable (and also has phenomenal sustain and is very slippery with troll pool) and is much better suited to a longer drawn out fight. There isn't a clear cut "X is better than Y" in this case, they do different things for different play styles. Both are excellent champions, both are fun, and both are great in the late game.

Viktor and Karthus do great late game damage, but generally die quickly. Vlad and Swain go full raid-boss mode and tank entire teams, while still doing great damage, just a bit less than Viktor and Karth as theirs is more DPS oriented/DoT. Finally, Brand has good teamfight, but doesn't exactly fit into either category due to his more poke-filled playstyle than the other 4. Let it be noted he has the best lane phase out of any of them.
