FPS

Was there a patch that effected performance of gameplay? i used to have 144 to 200 FPS in games on max settings. Now i'm getting about 90 to 144 fps sometimes randomly dropping down to 20 or 30 causing my game to stutter. I did turn off DVR in the xbox app as suggested. I have a i-5 4460, r9 380 and 8GB of ram
