I feel like my key income has lowered by ALOT, like i think i have only earned one key since the system was implemented , and my honor level doesnt seem to increase at all. No one ever honors me (no dont get the wrong idea im not a toxic player). Is it just me?
GuardianReaper3 votesi havent really gotten much key frags either since this new system was implemented, and honestly no one really ever honors even with it almost forcing you to. Your supposed to get honor no matter what and you get a bonus if everyone honors on your team but ive had maybe 2 games out of 10 where anyone actually honors it. As for Fragments ive gotten maybe 2 since the start of the system but thats it.

SanKakU3 votesI think they lowered what they call the normal key fragment drop rate before they introduced the honor system. So yeah, the drop rate has been atrocious. It's been atrocious for like I'm thinking actually 2-4 weeks or so since before they introduced honor. I'm actually not even sure but it seems like they are manually giving us keys now instead of automatically doing it randomly.
UBR Phil La Pew3 votesDefinitely dropping slower by a lot. I used to get 2 or 3 keys a day by getting tons of S ranks in ARAM or Ranked. Now I am lucky to get 3 in a week. Should be able to receive them for S grades too. Even if you take away S-. I even got most honor in a game and averaged 2 honors for 4 or 5 games and still received no keys. It is just another way for Riot to save money and make people purchase more. Sad sad system.
The Last Ballad2 votesThey changed it from % drop, increasing after each game without one, to it dropping over the course of a month(with the average keys dropped being the same). It stops you from getting a flood of keys at the beginning of the period, and only getting keys when it force drops it later. So far I have gotten ~3-4, and rather inconsistently at that.
And they intended the honor levels to be a slow build up over the course of a season, not something that you can churn out in a month or so.
korg0234 votesWhat is the point of honor system being slow to build up if they reset every season. So i finally get Level 5 and BAM its reset so i have to play all season again to get level 5 honor. That sucks lol.

for the first month it will be weird because you have already received some of the keys for that month

waffleyz1 votesI've been Honor 5 for about 2 weeks now, and I get about 1-2 Key fragments a week. This is outrageous because in the old system I didn't have near 12 chests at a time!
