Mordekaiser's shitty MS is about the only weakness he has. He has fucking insane damage, astounding sustain, the strongest DoT in the game, has hybrid damage, is a bitch to kill because of his shielding that legitimately surpasses Janna's, has amazing waveclear, has decent innate durability, makes on-hit builders his bitch with his ultimate, literal burst per second, strong AoE...
There are only three things he lacks: Mobility, CC, and range (and that's only temporary, because he can somewhat-reliably get a ranged champion with his ult). That's it. So, no, do not add base MS to Mordekaiser. I already have to ban Mundo all the time as it is. I don't need another pick or ban juggernaut.

The Dot damage itself isn't strong it's dependant on Rylais and Liandry's to be Good. It's great if they don't build MR. But Adaptive helm exists and cuts it's damage by quite alot

He was at 320 at one point, iirc, lower than the bare minimum. That's why everyone was all "give him 5 movement speed". Or at least I thought they did give him that 5 MS buff, but according to his history he never got it, so maybe he was at 325 all along.

325 is now considered the bare minimum.
