"Learn from your mistakes"

Ok, good advice I will try it.

(Lose) Game One: Our Elise is afk since the start of match... I guess next game I could um... um..

(Lose) Game Two: Our Zed goes 1/18 in 10 minutes... Well next game I can... umm...

(Win) Game Three: The enemy had an intentional feeder. What have I learned from this? ...I'm not sure.

Pretty much every game in a nut shell. Honestly at this point LoL is no longer a fun game it is just a slot machine and that's the only reason people are addicted to it.

Did you hit every cs? Did you bully your lane opponent during your power spike or get a kill? Did you ward enough? Did you have a good enough build? Was it correct for the matchup? Was your champion to mechanically demanding? Did you learn anything about the power spikes of your enemies or what to avoid? Did you learn any specific matchups that you will be better at next time? Did you improve your warding / change your trinket at the right time? Did you peel for your team when it was needed? Did you pressure objectives properly?

Blaming others is a waste of time. These questions build you up instead of allowing your mind to close shut and focus on emotion instead of logic.

Good luck on the rift. :)

Thank you
