Riot, please rethink the minion block
I'm playing singed and it's stupid how minions block me from applying poison, I never had this problem with signed in season 5.

I took a break from the mad chemist for a while, then decided to play him today... could not hit CRAP due to minion block. I can't farm at all early game... this sucks, not to mention they took away the flask
