If you manage to get 40% CDR on fizz, your Playful/Trickster is on a 5 second cd. Most ability power builds result in 40% CDR SO THIS IS COMMON. Can we extend the cooldown of his E please? I mean sure THIS IS A RANT. But honestly, there is no counterplay to this as it offers him an escape, OR a huge damage burst.

GastonBarnacles1 votesFizz is not op. He has counterplay. cc him once his e is down and delete him. He isnt even that worth playing over other mids cause his dmg isnt reliable. You can flash or dash from his ult and his e, his main sources of dmg and you can body block his ult from hitting squishies.
