Games Are Decided In Champion Select

Today I was playing ranked and came across the "ORIGINAL" and "BALANCED" champion picks in all of my games. I know this is kinda in the dark with me saying that, but picture this. I for one have seen champions such as Fiora, Darius, Garen, Skarner, Morde, and GP all being picked NONSTOP! For people that are not in LCS, this is the worst thing ever. All of the bans currently are focuses onto these 6 champions, because they're god awfully broken. And no you cannot say "Learn to play against them" because I have. It is a shame when in my platinum games, if one of these champions are NOT banned, they are picked and instantly win the other team the game. Fiora was fine in the place she was at, EVERYONE knew that. She now became top of the line and is understandably the most broken toplaner at the moment. (Darius, Garen, and GP all following) But the worst part is. The new "Juggernauts" are top of the line, in roles they were already well situated at. Winrates dont mean anything when they're not popular. People played Darius and Garen before the rework and were fine with it. Their winrates went down when people pick the most broken champions into them, forcing an instant loss. Please someone balance this so champion select cannot win games. I've had many people even say to me in the first 5 minutes of the game, "GG one got through."
