Cassiopeia

Look. I get it. Cass is not OP. She's not played very much. I will probably never reach the point where I ban her. She is, on a good day, a passable champion, balance-wise, and on a bad day, a sub-par one. But can we like...talk about her for a second? If only to get away from Yasuo threads and Rengar revert thoughts, can we just consider the champion?

I hate playing against her. It's a frustrating experience. My traditional avenues for counterplay seem limited. I want to abuse her cool downs but she's really just got the one. Her E is obviously in this category, and her Q only having a 3.5 second cooldown is just so annoying. There's little opportunity for me to say "she's vulnerable now! Get her!" Starting a trade with her is just miserable, is what I'm saying.

And I don't know what ping you have to be playing at for her Q (or R, for that matter) to be consistently dodgeable. I play at 40 ping and, if she drops it directly on me, I can't walk out unless I was already walking in that direction. Which, fine, whatever. I've dealt with Teemo, I can handle DoT champions. But if I fail to dodge it (which happens more often than I care to admit, even post boots), she can chunk around a third of my health by just tapping the button.

I'm not calling for nerfs; nerfs would be terrible because, again, she's not amazing (a reallocation of power budget is probably acceptable, but I don't know nearly enough about Cassiopeia to make any good decisions (which, if I understand Cassiopeia mains correctly, I share with the guy that worked on her)). She's fine. But what should I do in this match-up? Rush Banshee's Veil? Hope to fight her while poisoned and outclass her damage? I'm sort of at a loss for what to do here.
