item 3156 seems to be triggering both Unique Lifeline passives. When I see adcs build it they receive the Maw shield but also grow in size as if they had a Steraks. It does NOT look like they receive the Sterak's shield and I didn't really check if they got the extra base AD (though I could theoretically go into a custom and find out). I don't know if this is intended and is therefore a tooltip bug or if its just weird layering of Lifeline passives but...there it is.

Just tested in custom and Lifegrip is indeed making me larger (not Lifeline itself, which expired well before Lifegrip did, and Hexdrinker isn't doing it). Because it wasn't exactly Sterak's Fury, I didn't gain the 25% base AD, but the size thing is still weird.
