Squishys get insta dropped, tanky anivia also dies. Built in DFG>old Fizz. who buys DFG before raba/zhonyas and lichbane anyway? after that Void staff is often the next best item to get anyhow.

its also nice how it seperates the good from bad fizz players.

I still think halfing the Q damage was a bit drastic. And I'm not really sure how the W change is going to play out.
