2017 and still can't lock runes to certain champions like custom item builds
Why can't we lock certain rune pages to certain champions like the item builds that we can create...So that it just loads without us having to change or if we forget...

cuz then we wouldnt need to buy rune pages which means less $$$$$$$ for riot
