How top works every game in soloq

Scenario 1: If you get FB you dominate lane, their jg camps to compensate, your jg refuses to help and stays in his jg farming, you lose.

Scenario 2: If you get FB you dominate lane and their jg doesn't help. You win lane, snowball and lead team to victory.

Scenario 3: Their jg camps from the start of the game. Your jg refuses to gank even after you ask for assistance. You eventually lose lane to 2v1 dives. Fast forward 30+ mins you contribute nothing to team because you are too far behind and their top carries them to victory.

Scenario 4: Their jg camps from the start of the game. Your jg helps to gank. You either win the 2v2 fight due to luck/skill/combo/etc or you lose. If you win you carry, if you lose they carry game to victory.

Scenario 5: Your jg camps from the start of the game. Their jg does not help. You eventually win lane to 2v1 dives. Fast forward 30+ you are much farther ahead of their top and most likely everyone else because you had a pocket jg, you lead team to victory.

These are the main scenarios that occur every game...In a nut shell top is 1v1 with jg support. If you jg doesn't help you lose, if he helps you win. It's kinda stupid that their is no skill in this lane and all dependent on whether your jg helps or not. And the percentage of them helping is very low because most of the jg focuses on bot lane.

And I get it's a team game but when the jg refuses to help you just sit there and wait to lose.

I main Garen. Therefore I never get ganks.

The pain I feel when my jungler AFK farms. My Bot lane looses hard and I am immediately ganked at the start of the game and camped because I main top.

The pain of helplessness I feel cannot be put into words. The jungler makes the top a win or a loss.

A few games back I politely begged my jungler not to be one of those AFK junglers after being camped.. And I emphasize politely here........ He told me I was noob for picking ignite and deserved to lose. His premade the mates abused me and joined him. I told them to go f**k themselves. They fed but I didn't I played safe and I carried and we won. They reported me and I got a chat ban.

I learnt an important lesson that game. That there's more to LOL than winning. If you main top do what you can do to win but don't throw. And if you have a moron jungler don't carry them either, a loss will do wonders for their skill development and may even coerce RIOT into stopping ignoring the playbase and fixing the over influence of the jungler role.

And I will repeat that once more: A bad jungler should not be carried. Think of the game like Darwin's theory of evolution. Make them evolve or continue suffering.
