All chat should be disabled in ranked

This is just plain common sense....I mean why do we need to have cross chat between teams in a ranked game where you should be focused on your own team and coordinating with them.

Also the enemy team sometimes becomes toxic and arrogant if they are winning and taunting many players so then those players become tilted and prone to becoming more toxic.

I know there is a feature to disable all chat and I have it enabled but that doesn't mean every player does the same...

There's an option to turn off all chat. Go turn it off when you play ranked if you don't want to see what anyone is saying in all chat.

If people don't turn it off, when they can do so by themselves, then that's their fault if what the enemy team says tilts them off the face of the earth, not Riots.

I agree. no reason you should be talking to enemy team in a competitive environment. Imagine if Call of Duty had cross team chat lol XD

Although it is a good idea, you are still getting downvoted, as there are systems implemented that prevent people from getting tilted by the enemy, and talking to enemies is sometimes fun. It is more of a "use at your own risk" feature that shouldn't really be removed

the Real problem is you see yourself as right and want to impose your idea onto 9 other players who don't exactly agree with you. Not saying the idea is bad but the who idea of bantering is fun and for it to be removed would probably drive people away rather than retain them

Why you cannot honor your opponent, and tell them when they do good thing? Sportsmen does that even in Olympics.

If you think communicating with enemy is bad, then you play wrong. You are communicating with your opponents, not enemies. I suggest you check the difference of those words.

You have it disabled so it doesnt effect you. Why are you trying to get it removed for other people if you have it disabled.
