So how do slows stack?
'Cause I maxed Q on Yuumi yesterday and got a Rylai's, and was disappointed that 80% slow on Q + 20% slow on Rylai's did not equal 100% slow. Is it multiplicative?

Darkdemon6535 votesSlows no longer stack at all. Only the strongest slow is used.
Back when they did stack, yes, they stacked multiplicatively but only one per category. There were and still are diminishing returns to slows as well.
wolvius2 votesOnly the strongest slow applies and I believe there is a soft cap/hard cap on minimum movespeed something like 150 or so, so slows over 90% like nasus W and evolved Kha W only screw over move-speed boosts.
Edit: soft-cap of 220 movespeed and absolute lowest of 110
When the raw movement speed is less than 220 another soft cap is used:
If the raw speed is below 220, final speed is changed to RawMS × 0.5 + 110.
