Poppy Passive Proc
Hey, I'm not sure what it's about, but should Poppy's passive proc the Cleave effect seeing as it is a ranged attack?

It procs on hits so it's working as intended. Same with GP Q.
It still counts as Melee, if that's what you're wondering. That's just the way it's coded.
