Spell Vamp Mastery

Hey, I don'y know if anyone has said anything about it, but could we get a change to Vampirism? It has a 2% Spell Vamp which seems to just be a waste since Spell Vamp was removed from everything else.

Spell vamp was removed from items because it was harder to balance when on items.

They removed it from items.

Spell Vamp still exists in champion kits, runes and masteries.

Bobjenkins uses 3 spell vamp quints and that spell vamp mastery to get 8% spell vamp on Kennen.
