So i usually main Soraka as a support and early game she is amazing and even has the ability to out score the ADC early game. As the game goes on however her damage output decreases and leaves her unable to hang with everyone else. Would it be possible to give her minor damage upgrades on her Q and AA?

Shes not damage focused. They would need to nerf something, most likely her healing, which would pull her away from her identity as the healing support.
