Speaking as someone who plays champions who are hard countered by her -
Caitlyn doesn't need any nerfs, she's sitting at a fair win rate and fair play rate.
She's not dominating bot lane, she is a niche counterpick to champions like Kai'Sa, Xayah, Vayne, Jinx etc.
Honestly, If Riot gutted Xayah and Kai'Sa bot lane would be more diverse.
