I am so disappointed that when they finally added a banning phase for ARAM they just remove it the next patch. As someone who plays a lot of ARAM it was so nice to have the banning phase thrown in. So why did you not keep it riot? Why is it that when you finally do something good you just get rid of it right after?
They only did it for the bilgewater event as a test of sorts, and they literally said in the patch notes that bans were overwhelmingly not wanted for ARAM so they removed them for the time being.
Because everyone just banned the same things over and over again so instead of basically removing the overpowered champions Riot wanted to instead give them ARAM-only nerfs so they aren't so busted.
