Is anyone else getting tired of this hyper carry meta?

Ok so let me just start off by saying that I play every role just about evenly with the exception of top lane which I play a little bit less than the others. but I play quite a bit of bot lane (adc and support) pretty often and I gotta ask is anyone else getting tired of seeing these hyper carries like vayne, twitch, kog maw, and tristana just completely dominating every game? like it feels like to me with these champions laning phase just doesn't matter. they could be 0-8 at the end of laning phase and still be able to shred the entire enemy team in a team fight after framing for just a few minutes (Not exaggerating either I did it myself just yesterday as twitch). I REALLY think they need to Nerf fleet footwork because it just heals for so much making it a bit too easy for these late game carries to survive the early game which is supposed to be their weakest stage of the game. I say supposed to be because tristana's early game doesn't seem that weak to me at the moment. I mean its not as bad as the ardent censor meta but its still pretty bad. idk I just wanted to get other players opinions on the current bot lane meta.

Yep. This meta sucks ass. It really makes this game boring for everyone else.

Yep. It really sucks that one champ gets automatically all of this importance put on them and then every single other person is just expected to be their support and play around them.

Yes, even in bots the hyper carry meta is somewhat irritating. When the botlane speeds through to the nexus in only 10 minutes with the adc at 31/1/7, and the next best player at 3/0/4, it can make the game increasingly boring for everyone else involved.
