Feeders are out of Control

This is really starting to become a problem, most of my games I encounter feeders who on average go at least 0/6. Just my last game I finished 8/2/1 but lost since two teammates went 2/12/3 and 2/11/8. Just few games earlier I had the best score on my team which was 6/8/4... The other teammates went 4/11/5 5/20/6 4/16/1 5/11/7 For some reason there is a large amount of noobs that are infecting level 30 solo que like a virus, with little to no skill at all and no map awareness; I have literally ganked a lane before as a jungler and as I was being hammered by the enemy laner who was fed by my team-mate, my full health teammate just stood by and fired skillshots in the opposite direction, then once I died decided to attack.
