Instead of buying mana for health, you buy Health for mana ? A lot of Singed's are not buying mana items a lot anymore, so his passive is kinda Meh. Would you guys ever consider a swap that buying health gives mana ?

I think that this could help him so he could be that tank with a bit more Umpf, just a little different. That along with a passive on his ult that would make potions last longer as he leveled his ulti up would be great, but maybe it would be a bit OP.
