Why are they planning on nerfing Ezreal?

I'm just genuiely curious. Am I missing something? He does not seem to be overperforming by any stretch of the imagniation right now. At least not according to this: https://champion.gg/champion/Ezreal/ADC?league=.

Most played AD carry? Ok, that's hardly surprising, Ez is almost always popular. People who play him a lot are barely getting a 53% win rate while champs like Yasuo and Syndra mains are cresting the 56% win rate and Aurelion Sol mains are getting over 60% win rate. What am I not looking at that would justify planning nerfs to Ezreal?

I dunno, I just don't get it. Is he running wild in pro play? I don't keep up with that at all.

Is it the fact that he runs a very odd build? They did mention having a gripe with double tear items, for some reason I don't understand. Is it too safe or something? Cuz safety's also not something new for Ezreal.

Quite frankly IDGAF if they want to nerf something specifically about ADC Ezreal cuz the rare times when I pick him I go AP, but they pretty much never do that and always end up further reducing the power of an already fringe build. So yeah I'm confused.
