ADC and Thunderlords

Can you please lock the mastery trees so that ADC's like don't gain any benefit from using thunderlords. It makes her early game stronger then it should be and leads to most Vayne complaints.

Some AP carries like need to lose it too because it makes them too powerful and oppressive early game.
