Leblanc needs a rework. Period.

If she gets ahead there's almost literally no stopping her without going through extreme effort on your part and changing your buildpath radically to survive her burst. You can only zone her for so long in a teamfight situation and it's bullshit i have to spend an entire teamfight out of attack range because i'll be at risk of being 100-0'd for no reason. And i say a rework instead of a nerf because with Leblancs kit the way it is now. There's no nerfing her without overkilling it. Kind of like how you shot Irelia in the face for 2 seasons. So yeah, please. Rework that op POS.

I don't think Riot would rework a champ that has as much popularity as LB has. Personally I agree with you but Riot is looking out for High Level Play here and most likely won't do anything besides another slap on the wrist with her damage :/

Maybe the problem lays not on Lablanc, but on the other champions. i suggest buffing/reworking other champions kit.

Leblanc is a box. you're only looking at the box. im asking you to look outside the box.

Why does Leblanc dominate so hard? maybe the champions she encounters early on dont have enough base armor or mr? maybe their starting hp isnt high enough. maybe their abilities arent powerful enough to combat her.

Banshee's Veil counters LeBlanc hard. You will never be deleted with it. It's never a bad item to build.

You don't rush it, but it prevents LeBlanc from staying relevant mid/late game. Aside from demoralizing your team early pn, she won't be nearly as effective as she tends to be against people who just give up and complain in low elo.
