League of legends is filled with too many casual players while Dota 2 is filled with amazing players that give me a good challenge. League of Legends is a joke compared to Dota 2. League of legends is too easy while Dota 2 keeps me pumping.

This isn't even a matter of what game is better (it's just a matter of preference, really). My first and only dota game put me with three russians (on the US East server) who fed and talked Russian in voice chat all game.
Besides that MAJOR ISSUE, a lot of the game mechanics feel bad. Most of all, the lack of scaling on mage abilities. It makes them feel underwhelming.
