Confused Quinn Main

Good day to you all. I’m a Quinn Top main that peaked at Gold V last season and finished placements at Silver II just recently for Ranked Solo. I’ve been running into this issue recently over the course of the last few patches, and it’s been baffling me.

Typically, Quinn is treated as a counter to Darius in lane, and while I’m not saying that I beat every single Darius that I run into, I did often do very well against Darius in lane. As of the last few patches, however, I found myself to start consistently struggling against the Darius players I ran into. Was there a buff to Darius’s movement speed or something that I missed? I feel it is MUCH more difficult to effectively kite and out space Darius than before. And yes, I suck at wave management and am still trying to learn how to manage the wave, but I’m just generally struggling more against this matchup, and I’m having trouble finding what new flaws have emerged in my gameplay.
