Really don't know what Riot aims at with the upcoming rune changes [Only oppinion]

Not telling Riot to do otherwise, but im just gonna say what i personally think.

Now, with the information i have gathered i've heard that Ultimate Hat will be moved to domination, and will be replaced by ''Nimbus Cloak'' which gives a good amount of movementspeed after using your ultimate ability.

Now here are my personal problems with it.

Many champions that call the Sorcery runepage their main path will make very little or no use at all with it.

Take poke champs for example, especially Xerath.

I never had problems managing my mana with Xerath, so Ultimate Hat was a go to when i played him, but what is nimbus cloak gonna do for him? He is just gonna press R and the entire speed buff will go to waste considering his ult will make him stand still, so i gues i just go Manaflow and see that nothing changes for me because a rune won't change how i manage my mana?

Or Lux, Lux presses R and stands still for a good second (assumption), which gives her very little use of the rune, especially considering when she ults she is either A. Killing the target or B. Far away from any enemy

These are just few examples, and i think moving Ultimate hat to Domination will just give wayyy too much utility for champions which are supposed to kill fast, not consistent with poke.

If you want more exampls i can try and give you some, well, the sentence relies on try, don't quote me on everything i say im not a profesional lol.

But these are just my two cents on the situation, personally im gonna miss Ultimate hat on all my mages, so i gues ill just go for the alternative, Manaflow band... i gues i wanna get used now to spamming my ability more i gues, but hey, at least less worries about mana problems :)
