Why is Yasuo getting his ult buffed? Here's some simple math to show how unnecessary it will be.

This is Yasuo's R, let's break down all it gives.
It :
Gives a free blink engage, should the target be knocked up.
Charges up his Shield passive, effectively giving him alot of outplay potential.
Gives him 15 seconds of 50% Armor Piercing on critical hits, which are easy to achieve thanks to his double critchance passive.
Can CC all enemys hit for one second, or up to 2, depending on the CC that inflicted the knockup.
Does 200/300/400 Physicall Damage, which has a 150% AD Ratio, soon to be 250%
Not to forget, it has in late game a cooldown (30) almost equal to the Blitzcrank cooldown (20) even tho it does WAY more than silence for a short time and do small AoE damage (Small because i am talking from Support blitzcrank perspective not AP)
And the hidden interaction that when casting it on champs under the tower, it will try in 100% of the situations to place Yasuo out of Tower range IF POSSIBLE.
Now thats alot of free stuff, on an ult which has low cooldown and no mana cost already, so my question.
Why. Is. It. Getting. Buffed.
I always saw this ult as a kind of Tank-counter, since the AD Ratio only scales with bonus AD, which the usuall Yasuo doesn't build tons of compared to a champ like Kha'zix, but why now these buffs? If anything before these changes his ult is the most problematic element of Yasuo's kit, now with these additional 100% Bonus AD Scalling it will just do WAY too much damage, let's just look at the comparison.

This is apparently his most frequent build.
70 Bonus AD
80 Bonus AD
40 Bonus AD
50 Bonus AD
A totall of 240 Bonus AD
On his current ult, it would give an additional of 360 Bonus Damage, which means in late game 760 Dmg from ult, now with the incoming buffs it would be
600 Bonus Damage on Ult, + 400 Base damage = 1k DAMAGE from his LOW Cooldown ult that has ALOT of other elements implemented.
Now, do you see the problem? They basically buffed His ult by 240 Damage, when the biggest problem of the game currently is DAMAGE?
But 1000 is just the damage, let's take a late game ADC with GA into consideration, so i started practice tool with Vayne, level up to lv.18, and bought GA, for a totall armor of 121, which is 55% Physicall damage reduced.
That means it will do 450 Damage, Which is still, quite a lot of damage, considering his ult before would have done 342, that is still a whole 108 Damage more.
Now there will be Crits that deal with his 374 Core AD, 710 Crit damage on Auto atacks, but let's still take the armor into consideration, which would with the 50% armor pierce be 38% reduced damage. Which means 440 Damage on EACH auto atack!
But let's not forget the Infinity Edge True damage. Which means a guaranteed 71 True damage, and 396 Physicall damage.
So all in all, in late game he could do by ulting you, 450 Damage, then an auto for 467, and then a Q for 501 Damage (True damage and physicall combined) Which is all possible within a timespan of under 2 seconds to a 2k hp target, so do you see the problem?
Now i could also include the Conqueror penetration in it and stuff, but i try to look from it from a raw perspective, and even from a raw perspective it still gives too much.
The problem is, Yasuo does not have any damage problems at the moment, so Riot, why are you giving his damage such EXTREME buffs? Especially in todays time when damage is the biggest problem.
tl;dr Yasuo R gives too much and does too much damage soon.
