Who buys Righteous Glory?

It just seems like Rod of Ages or Deadman Chest or even Talisman of Ascension does the job better. I like the fact that its a catalyst item but the upgrade feels bad to use, and the health isnt anything spécial. Active is great although I kinda wish it worked like Odyn's veil. That is,

Passive UNIQUE: Reduces and stores 10% of magic damage received. Active UNIQUE: Deals 200 + (stored magic damage – max 400) magic damage to nearby enemy units (90 second cooldown) (525 range).

I buy it on pretty much all my tank supports, usually first after sightstone and my FOTM (Or FH)

I buy it with Nasus sometimes. Just to combine with Deadman's plate and to be sure and certain to get to their backline when they have a lot of kitting.
