Don't have enough IP at level 30

So I'm levelling an account right now and it's in the area of like 13 or 14 The account literally only has 2500 IP on it and I've spent very close to none. I understand that levels obviously get longer, but I'm probably only going to have ~2x,000 at level 30... that's literally enough for one standard rune page and a few champions.. that's kinda janky man.. I also can't redeem the codes for the free champions since I've used them once, even tried making a new facebook account ;p I completely understand why people often just buy accounts. $10 AND you don't have to play 1XX games AND you get like 40,000 IP. Sounds like a pretty sweet deal :^) Still don't understand the lack of Riot-Sold accounts... $10 for 30k IP and level 30, sounds fair. I mean after all, you give away accounts to pro players with Plat 1 MMR and 200k IP and RP....
