Lmao, this is slighty reverting old nerfs. Before huge Q nerf remember it did 40/60/80/100/120 (+45% AP)(+50% bonus AD).(Which also the percentages got nerfed too remember that)
Only thing I can say is she is getting some of her early power back but is still shit transitioning. Big ole slap in the face and her mid/late game problems are still being ignored.
