How is full AD Jarvan even balanced?

..is so not healthy at all, especially with combined.

Whenever a fed J4 manages to get that knock-up on a squishy, the caught victim literally can't do anything at all until he lands. But by that time, he gets bursted down instantly from the Duskblade proc & the point & click ult. This would even work if he manages to kknock-up a few squishies at one-go, and then burst them all down at the same time with his ult.

Isn't this kind of revisiting LeBlanc's & Veigar's old kit, where the opponent was never given time to react to LeBlanc's old silence or Veigar's instant E cast? Something has to be done about this.

Talon & Zed has 0 CC. You still have the option to exhaust/shield/heal/etc for yourself. J4 on the other hand does all his job during the knock-up duration.

if you dodge his e + q, there is almost nothing he can do to you.

thats almost the entirety of his damage.

dodge it and you can faceroll him. its not even hard since the combo is pretty telegraphed.

Thresh is a good answer here... and Janna. Or Soraka. Or Alistar. Or Nami. Or...... wait how many supports are there with knock backs, knock ups, silences, transmutations, pulls, hooks, etc could there be?

Ive hooked a J4 out of his E Q dash multiple times. Bubbled him shortly after he uses his E Q occasionally negating his ulti because he tries using it asap after knock.... but bubble hits before he does. I mean literally almost every support can easily cc him enough for you to just melt him.
