I know *they* don't call it a bug, but it is.

Walls ... impenetrable walls ... cannot be passed through. That is the definition of impenetrable. But riot seems to think that champion skills ought to be able to pass through impenetrable walls (like anivia's). Are they just not smart enough to program that properly? They don't know how to stop the hook of Darius? The don't know how to stop vayne's tumble? It is plain stupid that an ice wall would allow someone to grab someone through the wall.

Riot, it is a bug. Fix it.
