I just got out of a game where my team had 4 bots. I don't care what they are trying to do, but the reports with someone saying it was a bot need to be investigated (i.e., looked at to see if it is true) and if it is, just delete the account. No warning. It was a waste of my time, and no, they have no right to do that.
Ban not only that account, but any other account with the same email address as the account holder. Yes, it is that bad a behavior.
ARAM is being ruined by people talking advantage of the system. Riot needs to make this a priority.
I disagree with the last bit. I don't think you should ban someone's main account permanently without warning because they made a bot. It sucks to deal with bots on your team and a ban should be enforced, but the punishment needs to fit the crime - it's really not that severe a crime.

Riot has to check before issuing a punishment. They can check their CS. Playpatterns and all other good stuff. TO determine if the player is botting. You can say he's botting, and it turns out he wasn't and could be a false punishment. Thats where the investigation comes in.
Quick Question: What's a bot account and how do you spot one? Haven't encountered these kinds of players so far so sorry if I don't know.
