Idea for Aatrox Changes

He is already okay but I feel he could use some slight buffs and a tweak.

Passive: Add a 25%-50% percent slow to his passive empowered auto attack scaling up with his level

It would allow him to maneuver and line up the sweet spot of his Q a little easier and allow for some better chase

Ult: Flatten out the bonus movement speed gained to 50% however it does not decay over the duration of his ult and instead of getting kills or assists to increase your ult time is is based off of damage to champions in a blood well that stores the damage you deal up to a cap and rapidly decays.

It would allow him to stay in those long drawn out fights where nothing dies because of flash or tankieness while also not letting him randomly get an assist and getting a ton more move speed and increase to his ult duration while you are running away from him.
