Mordekaiser Suggestion

Just a suggestion but I feel too much of his kit in order to fight relies on hitting his E. I feel that maybe change his Q to have a sweet spot similar to Akali's with a zone that slows. Make it the actual center mass area of the mace not along the entire swing so that if he is trying to fight he does not have to rely on his E in order to get to people and stay with them.
